Minimum of 18 Guests are needed for this event in your home.  We will supply you with a wine expert to pair the wines and discuss the wines with your guests.  New World will also present and prepare the entire menu, presentation, rentals and Staffing for your event.

The Stationary table will begin with a cornucopia of grilled vegetable kabobs, raw vegetables, chilled gazpacho with crudités stirrers (side of chilled lemon vodka for a “mini Mary”), red grapes rolled in Roquefort cheese and then again in chopped walnuts.  Baked brie with cranberries, cinnamon and brown sugar.  Double pesto cheese torts with pine nuts, sliced baguettes and flatbreads.

First Pairing – Champagne/Sparkling Wine – flute

Passed – Lobster and Shrimp Cerviche served on tasting spoons

Stationary – Sesame seared Sashimi tuna with a cusabi sauce (cucumber and wasabi cream)

Second Pairing – Chardonnay – chardonnay 16 oz (2 racks)

Passed – Mandarin Orange Chicken Satay with a fresh key lime dipping sauce

Stationary – Chicken Cordon Bleu

Third Pairing – Pinot Noir – 16 oz (2 Racks)

Passed – Braised Pork Loin in a caramelized sesame soy over a crispy crustini

Stationary – Cheese fondue with Spanish Chorizo

Fourth Pairing – Cabernet/Blend/Burgundy, etc – 16 oz (2 racks)

Passed – Grilled Baby Lamb Chops with a minted au jus

Stationary – Sliced Filet Mignon served over onion cakes with choice of blue cheese, creamy horse radish and crisp onions

Fifth Pairing – Dessert Wine and Ports – 4 oz glass rack
