New World provides a wonderful service in conjunction with local Real Estate offices in the Essex County and surrounding areas, to provide a wonderfully prepared meal for the new home owners.  What could be a better lasting thought on a new homeowner than to have a meal delivered to their home the day they are moving in?

New World prepares upscale salads, innovative foods, with the best bake goods in the area.  We currently work with many Realtors in adding this personal touch to their Clients.  We will deliver the dinners, with a bottle of red or white wine, with plates and napkins, etc the day the new homeowner moves in.  The new homeowners are so excited to eat after a long day of closing and moving.  This is a great house warming gift for a new homeowner

 from family and friends as well.

Real Estate Agents are using us more and more as they see the importance of a good meal on this special day.  Most new homeowners may not know where they can go out to eat, and are so tired from the move, they really appreciate a wonderful in the comfort of their new home.  We generally deliver their dinners between 4:00 – 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

The Move-in form is filled in by the Real Estate agent, and signed by the designated person of authority in your office.  Most of our clients have a “cap” of $80.00.  New World then invoices each office monthly.

We also provide wonderful lunches for open houses, delivered to your client’s home.
